JRWAppDev ("we", "us" or "our") makes the ZipZap app (the "Service"). This policy explains what information the app uses and why.

Information We Collect

ZipZap doesn't ask for your name, email or phone number, and you don't need an account. When you open the app, it creates an anonymous profile that identifies the app on our servers.

If you link a TikTok account by sending a code to our TikTok account, we store that account's username and the stickers you send us.

How We Use Information

We use this information only to run the app's features, like showing your stickers, saving your packs and adding them to WhatsApp.

Sharing

We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising, and we don't use it to track you across other apps or websites.

When you add stickers to WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles them under its own privacy policy.

Storage and Deletion

Your information is kept on our servers while you use the app. You can delete your profile, linked TikTok accounts, stickers and packs at any time with Delete My Data in the app's Me tab.

Children

ZipZap is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page and in the app.
